- Prepare linguini according to package directions. Heat oil on high heat. Add in garlic and onions, cook, stirring about 30 seconds. Add in tomatoes and basil; cook, stirring 1 minute. Add in seafood and cook, stirring till seafood is warm (shrimp - pink). Sprinkle with scallions, season with salt and pepper. Spoon over warm linguini. Makes 4 servings. Calories per serving: 395.
