Ингредиенты

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 15 ounce. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and cut in half
  • 1 can (7 1/2 ounce.) crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

  1. Boil noodles according to package directions. Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in cream cheese, Ricotta, basil, egg and pepper. Set side.
  2. Mix mushroom soup, wine, crab and shrimp.
  3. Layer 4 noodles on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Layer 1/2 of cheese mix, 1/2 seafood mix, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees 45 to 60 min. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 2 min more and let stand 15 min before cutting.
