2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg yolk

1/2 c. water 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg white

1. Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add in well beaten egg yolk and cook in double boiler till thick. Add in vanilla and cold. Add in beaten egg white.
