2 pound grnd beef 1 pound sausage 1 c. fine cracker crumbs 2 Large eggs

1 onion, diced 2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 tbsp. mustard 1/2 c. brown sugar

Инструкции

1. Mix ingredients for meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix together ingredients for sauce. Simmer the sauce for 5 min. Pour half of the sauce over the meatloaf at the end of hour and bake for 10 min more. Serve meatloaf with the remaining sauce.
