Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 (2") onions, minced
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 stick celery, minced
  • Add in beer till thick

  1. Heat butter in small saucepan. Add in minced onions and celery; saute/fry till tender. Mix other ingredients, except beer. Blend in celery and onions; add in beer till thick. Heat deep fryer and cook till golden. Serves 4-6 people.
