Scrumptious Apple Salad

  • 6 Apples (of your choice) I use McIntosh and Red Delicious
  • one tablespoon sweetened Lemon juice (from concentrate)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream

  1. Dice apples and place into a mixing bowl, add lemon juice concentrate and stir
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stir gently, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
