Soft scrambled eggs served to perfection. This may appear to be a silly recipe, but I have received so many compliments. The trick is found in three things; low heat, stirring, and patience.

- Break eggs into a bowl
- Whip eggs for 1 minute
- Pour onto low heat non-stick skillet
- Constantly stir and then constantly stir
- Take off heat while a little creamy
- Serve immediately
