Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 x egg
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. semolina
  • 1 pch salt
  •     butter, to taste

Инструкции

  1. Mix together the flour, Large eggs, salt and semolina. Add in a little water and beat with a wooden spoon till air bubbles appear and the dough is sticky. Let stand 15 to 20 min.
  2. Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Fill the spaetzle press with dough. Squeeze the press so the dough drops into the boiling water. Cook for 1 to 2 min. Stir. Spaetzle are done when they float to the top. Scoop spaetzle out with a skimmer. Toss spaetzle in butter and serve immediately.
