  • 1-2 pound scallops
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese, any variety

  1. Broil or possibly fry scallops till browned. In a saucepan mix lowfat milk, butter, and flour; heat till mix thickens, stirring with a wire whisk. Put scallops in the bottom of a casserole dish, and pour sauce over scallops. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees till cheese melts, about 15 min. Serve with potatoes and vegetable or possibly serve over toast points.
