6 med. potatoes, sliced 1 onion, minced 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour

Salt and pepper 2 c. lowfat milk 1 1/2 c. cheese Warm dogs

Инструкции

1. Cover potatoes and onion with water and cook till tender. Heat butter. Add in 1/4 c. flour. Stir till smooth. Add in salt and pepper. Add in 2 c. lowfat milk and 1 1/2 c. cheese. Stir till cheese melts and sauce is thick. Add in warm dogs and heat through. Drain potatoes and onion place in baking dish. Add in sauce and mix to distribute warm dogs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
