1 tbsp. flour 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. lowfat milk, scalded 3 c. potatoes 1 c. carrots

1/4 c. minced onion Salt and pepper 2 c. left over ham 1 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

1. Arrange in casserole potatoes, mix of flour, soup, lowfat milk, carrot and ham. Bake at 375 degrees till tender. Top with cracker crumbs. Serves 5.
