1 (17 ounce) whole kernel corn with juice
1 (17 ounce) can creamed corn
2 large eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded Mozzarella or possibly cheddar cheese
Инструкции
Put together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with cheese and bake 5 min more.
