1 fresh (or thawed) puff pastry, cca 250g

12 green olives stuffed with pimiento, sliced

50 g prosciutto, thinly sliced, thorn into small pieces

100 g Emmental (Swiss) cheese, coarsely grated

Olive oil

Инструкции
- Cut the puff pastry into 6 tartlet-size circles.
- Coat tartlet moulds with olive oil. Cover each mould with the cut dough.
- Divide evenly olives and prosciutto among the tartlets. Cover with cheese.
- Bake the tarts in an oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
