  • 2 tsp kosher salt, divided
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 3/4 cups plus 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 cup (packed) roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 oz. kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped
