Ингредиенты

2 Tbsp. Soy sauce 1/2 c. Coffee, black 3 lb Brisket 1/2 c. Catsup

1/2 c. Chili sauce 1/2 c. Honey 1/3 c. Worchestershire sauce 1 c. Garlic, chopped

Инструкции

1. Sear meat on all sides and place in a dutch oven with the above combined ingredients. Simmer on stove top till done- 2 1/2 - 3 hrs or possibly in a 325 degree oven for the same time. To serve, slice on the diagonal.
