- 1 large egg white
- Lime-Cilantro Sour Cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- hot sauce, such as Tabasco, to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt
