3 tbsp. melted butter 3/4 c. minced onion 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1/4 c. seedless raisins 1/2 c. minced apple, peeled

1/3 c. water 1 1/2 c. prepared bread stuffing 2 tbsp. shortening 8 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick 8 thick slices Spanish onion

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Toss butter, onion, parsley, raisins, apple, water, and bread stuffing. Heat shortening in skillet, brown chops on both sides. Place in a flat baking dish. Top each with 1 slice onion and a mound of stuffing. Cover and bake 25 min. Serves 6 to 8.
