Рецепт Sauvignon Blanc Chicken #Woodbridge #GourmetGarden #FreshTastyValentines
by Nicole Sherman

This chicken is amazing and thanks to Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc and Gourmet Garden this chicken was over the top delicious! I can’t even believe how wonderful this recipe is. I stated in the recipe you will need one bulb of garlic but I ended up using probably 20 cloves of garlic which was more than one bulb. Honestly you can use as much garlic as possible. I know that seems like a lot but it’s really not. When you brown the garlic it becomes super sweet.

Although you might think it’s going to be garlic over the top, it’s really just perfect, and delicious! By cooking the garlic, wine and sauce down then blending it you create this fantastic sauce to pour over the chicken.

I served the garlic Sauvignon Blanc chicken over a bed of mashed red potatoes, but you can serve it over anything. I can’t tell you just how great this recipe is but you can only imagine by looking at the pictures.

Don’t forget to add a chilled glass of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc to the side of your garlic Sauvignon Blanc chicken.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet or a large pot. Add chicken to skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Brown chicken on both sides over a medium heat browning for about 5 minutes on each side.

Remove chicken and set aside.

To the skillet add garlic cloves to the skillet and cook. You must stir this constantly to ensure that the garlic does not burn. Watch carefully because this will burn quickly. They should be a super brown color.

Next add wine slowly so that it does not bubble up fast on you. Stir in parsley, garlic powder, bouillion cube and thyme.

Next add chicken back to the skillet

Cover skillet and allow the the chicken to cook for another 20 minutes. Turn the chicken 10 minutes into the process.

Carefully remove the chicken from a skillet and set aside.

Place all the remains leftover in the pot in a heat safe blender and blend until the sauce is smooth.

Next add chicken, blended sauce, and mushrooms back to the pot. Allow the sauce to come to a boil.

Serve over a bed over spinach, mashed potatoes, or brown riec. Next top with sauce.
