- In large skillet saute/fry tenderloin for 4 min in warm oil. Remove meat from skillet and keep hot. Add in butter, onion and green pepper to skillet and saute/fry for 3 min. Return meat to skillet and pour in gravy. Add in salt and pepper. Heat stirring till bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer covered approximately 20 min or possibly till meat is tender. To serve, spoon over rice or possibly egg noodles. Makes 4-6 servings.
