Sauteed Squash With Cheese

Ингредиенты

2 med. zucchini
2 med. yellow squash
2 tbsp. butter

1 crushed clove garlic
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Инструкции

Wash squash. Grate on large side of grater. In a skillet, heat the butter and add in the grated squash and garlic. Stir together. Cook stirring till squash is done. Add in cheese and stir till cheese is melted.
