  • 6 ounce maitake mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 3 x to 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 x shallot, chopped
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped

  1. Pull apart maitake mushrooms into small florets and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute/fry the mushrooms in the oil for 15 seconds and add in salt and pepper to taste.
