Sausages in balsamic sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 400g sausages (for cooking and baking), sliced (1 cm thick slices)
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 200 ml red wine
  • Fresh parsley or chives for sprinkling

Инструкции

  1. Fry sausage slices in hot oil until brown on all sides.
  2. Gradually add balsamic vinegar and wine, reduce the flame and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
  3. Serve sprinkled with chopped, fresh parsley or chives with a side dish of boiled potatoes.
