Ингредиенты

  • 5 (5x5") squares puff pastry dough
  • 3 strips bacon, diced
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 5 ounce. raw Italian sausage (warm or possibly sweet), without casing
  • 2 Large eggs, whipped
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Locatelli cheese (optional)

Инструкции

  1. In saucepan, cook sausage and crumble small; when done drain grease.
  2. In skillet, cook diced bacon; when crisp add in onions till almost browned. Drain grease and return to skillet. Add in crumbled sausage and spices. Heat till flavor is achieved (set aside to cold).
  3. Lay out pastry dough and paint with egg.
  4. Put filling into pastry dough and mix in half to make a triangle and healthy pinch edges to seal.
  5. Then cut the triangles again to make 2 triangles and healthy pinch edges to seal.
  6. Paint with egg and bake at 325 degrees, approximately 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
  7. Note: Cook in center of oven.
