- Fry and crumble sausage till brown. Pour off, but save drippings. Add in onion and celery. Cook till tender. Add in drippings and 3 c. of the bread cubes. Cook till the bread is a light brown.
- Combine soup and lowfat milk. Heat, but don't boil. Add in soup mix to remaining bread cubes.
- Combine the two bread mixtures. Add in parsley and seasonings. Stuff turkey or possibly chicken just before putting it in the oven. This yields about 9 c. of stuffing; for about a 10 lb. fowl.
