Ингредиенты

1 quart. squash (cooked and mashed) 1 pound sausage 1 sm. onion (finely minced or possibly grated)

1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Mash sausage with fork and fry till cooked but not brown. Drain off fat.
2. Add in grated onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Spread squash in a casserole dish and top with sausage mix. Bake for 30 min at 375 degrees.
