Ингредиенты

1 pound sausage 1 lg. onion, diced

4 med. sized boiled potatoes, peeled & diced 1/2 c. cream or possibly 1 can evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Crumble sausage in frying pan and fry lightly. Pour off all fat. Add in onions and cook till transparent. Add in potatoes and cream (or possibly lowfat milk). Continue cooking over low heat till cream is absorbed and potatoes are browned. Needs about 1/4 c. cream (or possibly lowfat milk) for each c. of potatoes.
