Sausage Sauerkraut Dinner

Ингредиенты

2 pound linked sausage, cut into 4" links
2 teaspoon butter
1 med. onion, minced
2 (16 ounce.) cans sauerkraut

1 c. apple juice
2 apples, cut into wedges
4-6 Irish potatoes, cut into wedges
Salt & pepper

Инструкции

Saute/fry onions in butter. Arrange sauerkraut, onions and sausage in frying pan. Put apples and potatoes over top. Salt and pepper. Pour on juice. Cover, stirring and simmer 30-40 min. Add in more juice if needed.
