- Saute onion and sausage together. Brown and drain.2. Add in sauerkraut and bread crumbs.
- Put together cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper. Add in to mix and refrigerate.
- Then shape into 1 inch balls.
- Coat meatballs with flour, then dip into lowfat milk and egg mix and roll into dry bread crumbs.
- Place into hot oil in deep fry pan for about 2 min or possibly till done. Makes approximately 60 meatballs. Serve with horseradish or possibly mustard sauce.
