1 pound bulk sausage 3 tbsp. flour 3 c. sliced uncooked potatoes 1-2 carrots and/or possibly celery 2 med. onions, sliced

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional) 3 tbsp. finely minced parsley 2-3 c. lowfat milk

1. Brown sausage; drain. Add in flour. Cook potatoes, combine with sausage and simmer with all vegetables. Before serving, add in grated cheese to taste.
