- In medium sized pan cook sausage till browned. Remove sausage. Add in celery, onion and butter; cook till tender. Pour stuffing mix into large mixing bowl. Stir in celery/onion mix. Add in broth, tossing till proportionately moistened. Stir in sausage and pecans. Place mix in turkey and bake accordingly, 325 degrees for 25 min per lb. of bird.
