1 pound Owens sausage, broken into sm. pcs

1 c. baking mix (Bisquick)

Mix together and roll into very small balls. Bake on cookie sheet, 350 degrees for 12 min or possibly till golden.Note: You may need more mix depending on the consistency you desire.
