2 lbs. mild smoked pork sausage (lg. link) 4 lg. potatoes, sliced 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms

2 onions, coarsely minced Salt, pepper, and butter as desired

Инструкции

1. Cut sausage into 1 inch pcs. Arrange sausage and potatoes, shish-kebob style, on foil. Place excess potatoes on side. Sprinkle with mushrooms and onions; season to taste. Dot with pcs of butter. Wrap tightly and bake for 45 min. Serves about 6. Can be baked in oven - 45 min at 350 degrees. Good for working on merit badge.
