Ингредиенты

4 med. potatoes, grated for hash browns 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 pound sausage, cooked and liquid removed

4 Large eggs 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Fry potatoes and onion in butter till golden; place in greased 8 or possibly 9 inch glass baking dish. Top with cheese. Crumble sausage and spread over cheese. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. Serves 6.
2. Can be prepared ahead of time to freeze or possibly chill. Don't add in egg mix till ready to bake.
