- Method1. Skin kidneys cut them in half and snip out white core with scissors. Toss in seasoned flour.
- Separate sausages and cut in half.
- Gently fry the kidneys and sausages in oil till brown. Remove from the pan.
- Place onions in the pan and lightly fry.
- Add in stock and wine. Bring to the boil stir in tomato puree and remaining ingredients.
- Place kidneys and sausages into the sauce and bring to the boil.
- Place in casserole with lid and cook.
