  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sage, optional

  1. Brown and drain sausage. Mix remaining ingredients and put in 2 qt greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, till brown.
