- In a large skillet over medium heat cook sausage till done; remove and drain. Slice if using link sausage.
- In a small bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and mustard; mix well.
- Grease bottom of a 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan. Arrange bread crumbs on bottom, sausage and cheddar cheese. Pour egg mix over top, cover and chill overnight.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 min or possibly till Large eggs are set and cheese is melted and golden brown. Let stand about 5 min before cutting.
