- Wash sauerkraut well and boil in water for 5 min; drain. Chop all vegetables and meat finely. Saute/fry in the veg. oil.
- Soak bread in lowfat milk; add in to sauteed meat and vegetable mix. Season with sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cold before stuffing in turkey or possibly other fowl.
