Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. salad or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 lbs. sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 2 med. tart apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 3/4 c. grated carrot

Инструкции

  1. Combine oil, sugar, caraway seeds, salt and vinegar. Rinse and drain sauerkraut well, chop. Stir into oil mix. Add in apples and carrots; toss to mix well. Yields: about 6 servings.
