Sauerkraut And Pork (Pa Style)

Ингредиенты

  • 2 to 3 Packages sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 to 3 lbs. boneless or possibly semi-boneless pork blade or possibly rib roast
  • 3 c. water, more if needed

Инструкции

  1. Rinse sauerkraut and place in 5 qt pan. Add in water. Put in spices and sugar, salt and pepper. Add in roast. Cook till almost done on low heat for 4 hrs. Remove roast, cold, cut into bite size pcs. Add in to sauerkraut.
  2. Mix 2 c. of Bisquick and 1 c. water and drop into sauerkraut and cook about 20 min. Serve while warm.
