6 x Hard boiled Large eggs, minced
2 c. Mayonnaise
1 x Onion, grated

2 Tbsp. Oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp Dry mustard

Mix all together and serve on green beans. Also good as a dip. Best when made a day before for flavoring to go through.
