- In a skillet, heat oil to 350 F. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to egg mix; stir till dry ingredients are moistened and dough is smooth. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into the warm oil; fry till golden and doughnuts rise to the surface.
