Рецепт Sargento, Foodbuzz, A Taste of Real Cheese
by Claudia lamascolo

natural delicious tasting cheese!

Combine two different Sargento cheeses for a gourmet panini! This one is melted provolone with

sharp cheddar with a lightly grilled Italian bread. For full flavor brush with olive oil on both side of the bread, rub some fresh minced garlic on the outside of the bread, grill both sides, then sprinkle with parsley and a little oregano. Serve with some fresh fruit for a light and easy lunch!

It melts quickly and makes a lovely Italian grilled cheese sandwich sure to please everyone.

Sargento Foods Inc. has demonstrated its passion for cheese and cheese-based meal solutions throughout its history. Founded in 1953 in Plymouth, Wis., Sargento is a leading manufacturer, packager and marketer of natural shredded, sliced and snack cheeses, cheese appetizers, ingredients, sauces and other culinary solutions. Sargento is owned and operated by the Gentine family, and has net sales of more than $900 million.

Sargento is far superior over cheeses and all natural. Cheese is produced by adding enzymes to milk. These enzymes cause the milk to separate into curds and whey (solids and liquid). The curds form the basis of all real cheeses. It cost a little more money but for a whole lot more flavor it's worth it!

Comparing Processed cheese is real cheese that has been mixed and heated with emulsifying salts, a process that creates a uniform, smooth, easy-melting mass. Processed cheese food is a type of processed cheese.

Real cheese melts easy but a world of difference in flavor. Real cheese has a wonderful buttery, nutty taste, soft texture and a lasting aroma. There is no contest when compared to a piece film covered plastic wrapped cheese slices, that has a shiny, rubbery, salty almost slippery taste with little or no smell.

I have always stayed away from anything with a thin plastic film wrapped around my cheese.

I can't imagine ever taking a chance to ruin a great recipe with ingredients that are inferior to real cheese. Trust your results with Sargento to be a delicious every time!
