6 cans sardines
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sandwich spread

2 T lemon juice or possibly more
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Onion pwdr to taste

Open can, remove the bones, then add in all ingredients. Use as a dip or possibly spread on crackers. Great at parties.
