1.5oz Bombay Sapphire Gin 2 wedges of lemon approx 1/5th of a lemon 3 basil 3 mint

3 strawberries 1/2oz simple syup Splash of club soda

1. muddle all ingredients in a Rocks glass, add ice and stir thoroughly. Crown with club soda. Garnish with basil leaf and 1/2 a Strawberry.
