2 lbs ripe tomatoes 2 tsp salt 3 jalapenos, chopped fine 1 onion, red (small), chopped fine 1 celery rib, chopped fine

2 garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup juice from 2 limes ¼ cup cilantro, chopped ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

1. Place tomatoes in a strainer set over bowl and sprinkle with salt; drain for 30 minutes. Discard liquid. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add drained tomatoes to jalapeno mixture and toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
