Ингредиенты

16 slices bread, crusts removed 1/2 c. mayonnaise 4 green onions, minced or possibly 1/2 onion, minced 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly celery soup

1 c. minced celery Salt & pepper 1/2 pound grated cheese 4 Large eggs 3 c. diced ham, chicken or possibly turkey

Инструкции

1. Butter 9"x13" pan well; line with 6 to 8 slices of bread. Mix meat, mayonnaise, onion, celery and half of cheese and spread on top of bread. Cover with 6 to 8 slices of bread. Beat Large eggs; add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread and let stand overnight in refrigerator, covered with foil.
