6 c. sliced pared tart apples 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 3/4 c. lowfat milk

2 tbsp. butter, softened 2 Large eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Инструкции

1. Mix apples and spices. Spread in greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat next 5 ingredients till smooth (for 15 seconds).
2. In blender or possibly on high for 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 min at 350 degrees.
