  • For stuffing:
  • 200g cow cheese
  • 100g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • dill
  • pepper
  • Decoration:1 egg yolk

  1. 1.Heat the oven.
  2. 2.Mix in a bowl flour,dry yeast,egg,oil,andwater till is a compact dough.
  3. 3.Let it chill.
  4. 4.Mix well thr ingredients for stuffing.
  5. 5.Lay the dough in a smeared tray,add stuffing and cover with dough like in the pictures.
