This Salted Caramel Iced Coffee is lightly sweetened with caramel sauce and then rimmed with salt and sugar. Yum!
Salted Caramel Iced Coffee
- 8 ounces brewed coffee and then frozen into ice cubes
- ⅔ cup 2% milk
- 2 Tablespoons Caramel sauce
- a combination of salt and sugar (for the rim of the glass)
Combine the iced coffee, milk, and caramel sauce in your blender and blend until smooth.

It is truly just as incredible as it sounds. I made them with the inspiration of the salted caramel sugar that I purchased from the Spice and Tea shop when the hubby and I spent the day in San Francisco’s Pier 39. The guy behind the counter asked me if I was interested in a sugar tasting experience. Um, yes, please. We tasted, raspberry sugar, maple sugar, coconut sugar, ginger sugar, lemon sugar and last but not least salted caramel sugar.
Oh yes, we bought a few of these sugars.
I mean seriously, I was in heaven. Sugar heaven. Yes siree. heaven, I tell ya. It was a great way to end the day we spent in the City by the Bay.
Give this one a try. You don’t need to use the caramel sugar blend that I used. It will still taste fantastic with a combination of table salt and sugar.
