  • 500 g packet rock salt
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  1. Combine all ingredients.Store in airtight container.Makes about 2 cups.
  2. Use equal quantities of whole dried,green,black or white peppercorns.
